This bracelet is known as "the puzzle bracelet" and it rarely comes on the market. A photo of another example appears in Silver Masters of Mexico: Hector Aguilar and the Taller Borda by Penny Morrill. With .940 silver, it likely dates to the mid-1950s, as per the example in the book. In a discussion about Hector Aguilar and Valentin Vidaurrreta in the book, Morrill comments, "The sophisticated elegance of the necklace and bracelet ensemble in Plate III-9 points to a mutual insistence on technical perfection and a devotion on the part of the two designers to the purity of geometric abstract form" (Schiffer Publishing, 1996), p.100.

This bracelet is fresh to the market and is accompanied by a matching pair of earrings. Each may be purchased separately or they may be purchased as a set. Both have nice weight. To see the earrings, click this link: http://www.marcyburns.com/taxco-jewelry-collection/hector-aguilar-puzzle-earrings
