Navajo pictorial yeibichai rug

Very special Navajo rug with central yeibichai figures who are presented on an interior negative band. There are 32 black, white and brown horses, four of whom have black riders, and two feeding troughs which are in the form of hogans. The dark background might imply the Nighway ceremony.
